The Short Version
We do not sell your data. We do not run an email list to spam you. We collect only the information needed to complete your purchase and deliver the Kit. Payment processing happens through Gumroad; we never see your full card details.
What We Collect
When you buy the Kit
- Your email address — required to deliver the PDF and to honor the 30-day refund guarantee
- Your name — as entered at checkout, used for the receipt
- Country of purchase — required by our payment processor for tax compliance
- The transaction record — order number, amount, date, and payment method type (e.g., "Visa ending 1234") — retained by our payment processor (Gumroad), not by us directly
When you visit the site
- Basic server logs — IP address, browser type, page visited, timestamp — retained briefly by our static hosting provider for security and abuse prevention
- No tracking cookies, no analytics by default — we do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or third-party advertising tags on this site
What We Do Not Collect
- Full credit card or bank account numbers — these go directly to our payment processor and are not stored by us
- Social Security numbers or other government IDs
- Health, financial, or biometric information
- Your physical address (unless you voluntarily provide it in correspondence)
- Information about household members other than the purchaser
How We Use What We Collect
- To deliver the PDF to your email after purchase
- To process refunds when requested within the 30-day window
- To respond to questions you send to our published contact email
- To comply with applicable tax and consumer protection law
Third-Party Processors
The site runs through static hosting (currently Netlify or Cloudflare Pages — provider may change without notice; the user-facing experience remains the same). Payment and digital delivery run through Gumroad, whose own privacy policy at gumroad.com/privacy governs how Gumroad handles the data it collects directly from you at checkout. We recommend you review their policy if you have specific privacy questions about payment data.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, applicable consumer privacy law (including but not limited to the GDPR in the EU/UK and the CCPA in California) may grant you the following rights:
- Access — request a copy of the information we hold about you
- Correction — request that inaccurate information be corrected
- Deletion — request that your information be deleted, subject to our legal retention obligations (we are required to retain purchase records for tax purposes)
- Portability — request that we transmit your information to another service in a machine-readable format
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the published contact email and identify the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within thirty days.
Children
The Kit is intended for adult purchasers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of thirteen. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the site evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted prominently when made.
